The Power of Praise
Check out this article by Stan Holder on "The Power of Praise". It's good stuff, I've heard him a few times at his "Model Church" seminars.

Jay Leno on Bravo
I was flipping through the channels last night and spotted Jay Leno being interviewed on the Bravo channel. He said a few interesting statements I like to share. The interviewer asked him if he had the smallest office. He replied that he did and that people don't care how much money you make, if they think you're working. All his co-workers have larger offices than him. He said that they may come in wanting more money and then they realize that their office is larger than his! He went on to say that no one person can eat all the pie! No matter how hungry you are, you can't eat it all. There's always some left over. We must share the pie with those around us.
